This tiered maxi dress is a t-length, 3/4 sleeve overlay piece meant to be styled over a body suit or slip. It is made from stretch lace that is super soft and luxe, with a contrast collar in airflow. The little tie at the neck is an ornamental feature, and the sleeves are meant to fit loose and flouncy.
